About Strand

Strand Development Limited was initially established as a quantity surveying, estimating, and project management consultancy but after several years of assisting clients with their developments, we began providing full build services as the main contractor.

Groundworks are high-risk for cost overruns and programme delays. By owning our own plant, workforce and supervision, we control quality, safety and scheduling—eliminating the coordination gaps that often plague multi-contractor projects.

Absolutely. Early engagement is ideal, but we regularly step in post-planning. We review drawings, value-engineer the scheme, run detailed site investigations and take on the full build—from groundworks through to fit-out—while keeping your planning conditions fully compliant.

Our in-house design and technical team collaborates with estate agents from day one to ensure unit mix, layouts and specification meet local buyer demand. We also produce CGI visuals and 3-D models that accelerate off-plan sales, bringing revenue forward and lifting GDV.

Strand’s planners, builders, and groundworks team shape viable designs, complete investigations, secure planning with minimal conditions, and prepare the site for max. efficiency.

Deliver end-to-end development

Strand assumes single responsibility: in-house groundworks, trusted trades and construction managers drive the programme, integrate Section 278/106 works, control costs, and hand you turnkey, Building-Control-approved homes on schedule.

Maximise Sales Together

Live 3-D models feed marketing; partnered estate agents refine specs, stage show homes and launch campaigns early, so completions and sales align for faster returns and maximised GDV.
